Cook’s professionalism does not envision usage of unknown or rareingredients, it means the ability of choosing and combining properingredients. That is also true for marketing. Everyone is familiar with and uses the same instruments from the marketing mix, but not everyone comes up with a “chef d’oeuvre”.
