Rules for processing of personal data

We take personal information of all persons who have visited our website seriously, therefore we strive to protect the confidentiality of personal data, thus creating and providing the most comfortable use of the website services to each User.

These rules are a legally binding Agreement in accordance with Articles 153-160 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, which have the character of a public offer and are the equivalent of an oral agreement.

Collection and use of personal data

When the User uses the website services, the Administration collects and processes the User’s data, namely:

- data provided by a Visitor both during filling in registration forms, and in the course of using services;

- IP addresses;

The User’s personal data will be passed to any third parties under no circumstances without the User’s consent or as required by law.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”, the User agrees to the automated processing and the use of any personal data provided by him in completing registration forms and regarding information that became known to the Administration in connection with the use of the website by the User.

The website Administration shall take all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and will not disclose personal information about the User obtained from the User’s use of the website. The website Administration can use the information provided by the User only in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine by court or law enforcement agencies order, as well as in other cases stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine.

Use of Cookies and Google Analytics
